Terms and Booking Conditions for La Vieille Ferme (Gite)
Self contained 19th Century Stone Farmhouse with oil fired central heating.

1. Prices are for the property per week based on up to 6 people sharing + baby.
2. For larger parties, additional accommodation can be provided in our B&B rooms.
3. Prices are inclusive of linen, towels and basic electricity allowance.
4. Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival from 16.00 - 19.00 and departure by 10.30.
5. The property must be maintained in a clean and safe condition.
6. To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable on booking.
7. The full balance is due 8 weeks before the letting date.
8. A damage security deposit of €200 is payable on arrival. This will be refunded subject to inventory check at the end of your stay.
9. A final cleaning supplement of €50 is payable on departure.
10. Prices are charged in Euros. We can accept payment by bank transfer, Euro cheque or UK Sterling cheque at the prevailing exchange rate.
11. A supplementary charge for central heating of €60 a week applies outside High Seasons. Logs for the wood burning stove are supplied free of charge.

2. Prices include luxury continental breakfast served in the dining room or on the terrace.
3. To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable on booking.

5. Prices are charged in Euros. We can accept payment by bank transfer, Euro cheque or UK Sterling cheque at the prevailing exchange rate.

We recommend that guests cover eventualities such as holiday cancellation with an appropriate insurance policy.
